I use this when I can feel myself performing growth instead of actually changing. When my life looks “fine” on the outside but feels heavy in my chest. This is where I stop gaslighting myself and start telling the truth— because vibes don’t pay rent.

This is how I stop running on fumes and calling it resilience.  It helps me unlearn the stories that kept me small
and rebuild with honesty instead of aesthetics.  Growth without receipts isn’t growth—it’s vibes.
